DESCRIPTION:Tracy Area Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority\, Incorporated joins the NAACP Stockton San Joaquin Branch and the Tracy African American Association to host a nonpartisan forum for local candidates. \nRaces represented: Jefferson Elementary School District Trustee Area 4\, Tracy Unified School District Trustee Areas 4\, 6 and 7\, Tracy City Council Districts 1 and 3\, and City of Tracy Mayor. All candidates in these races have been invited. \nDelta Sigma Theta Sorority\, Incorporated is a 501(c)(7) organization\, the NAACP is a 501(c)(4) organization\, and Tracy African American Association is a 501(c)(3) organization. In accordance with federal guidelines\, none of these organizations endorse or support any candidate for public office. \nAll candidates in these races have been invited to participate. You’ll enjoy your choice of delicious crab or a tri-tip dinner\, along with pasta\, salad\, and bread. After dinner\, hit the dance floor for a night of fun. \nProceeds benefit our chapter’s scholarship fund and community outreach programs serving Tracy\, Manteca\, Lathrop\, French Camp\, Mountain House\, Patterson\, and Ripon.
