In honor of Black History Month, the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts and the Tracy Area Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. proudly present their second annual community-wide celebration.
The 2027 event, themed “The Heartbeat of Change: Rooted in Legacy, Rising in Purpose,” will recognize African American history, culture, and heritage through a keynote address, Afro-centric drumming and dance, youth performances, an art showcase, culturally curated food, and community awards honoring past pioneers and future leaders.
This celebration is open to all community members.
